ARTY.
2018 was a record-breaking year for famed DJ/Producer and EDM heavyweight Artem ‘Arty’ Stoliarov a.k.a. ARTY. After starting 2018 with his single “Sunrise” going to #2 on US dance radio, and then closing the year with “Velvet” released on Ninjawerks — the first ever EDM and gaming collaboration soundtrack — ARTY continues to shock the dance world. In 2018 alone he released 20 new songs between his two projects: ARTY, and progressive trance-focused, ALPHA 9, including incredibly successful remixes for Skrillex, Above and Beyond, Axwell / Ingrosso, and Armin Van Buuren — making him #1 in 2018 for most releases by any EDM artist.
ARTY has built an international following mixing his trademark big-room anthems with downtempo electronica year over year, showcasing his gift for translating club-focused sounds to the pop/radio format. With nods to classic trance, Arty continues to produce under the moniker ALPHA 9, and is currently wrapping up a United States tour with special performances internationally.
With an XS Encore Las Vegas residency under his belt, and a pedigree of performances at Ultra, Electric Daisy Carnival, Tomorrowland, Ushuaïa, Amnesia Ibiza, and Creamfields, Arty has established himself as one of the music industry’s most consistent artists, a prodigious talent, and has become a go-to for others artists, crafting immensely popular remixes for Skrillex, Axwell / Ingrosso, Armin Van Buuren, Halsey, OneRepublic, London Grammar, Above & Beyond, Porter Robinson, and Years & Years.
As a leading influence in the music scene and top 25 DJ, Arty has several new works of original music and collaborations set for release later this year. Last summer he toured in Asia, and played sold out shows in Ibiza with Martin Garrix and Armin van Buuren. This summer he toured Japan, Russia, and played major festivals including EDC, Tomorrowland, and Dreamstate.
Morgan Page
Growing up in a log cabin in rural Vermont, Morgan Page began composing electronic-oriented music at the age of 12. By 15, his work appeared on local college radio and commercial stations in his hometown of Burlington and began to spread to other cities. Towards the end of high school, Morgan got his own radio show at The University of Vermont, filling in for a friend on a popular Saturday night slot. This turned into a weekly endeavor that introduced Morgan to the vast assortment of electronic music that came by the boxload every week.
After hearing Terry Lee Brown Jr.’s “Chocolate Chords”, Swayzak’s “Snowboarding in Argentina” and Barada’s “Strategies For A Deeper Design” tech-house soon became an obsession and away of life. During the summer of his last years in high school Morgan interned with Rick Salzer at Plastic City in NYC, who introduced him to the music of Timewriter and the world of the music industry. Inspired by the sound and vision of Plastic City, Morgan saved up all his money and began buying studio gear.
Armed with an Akai MPC2000 and a few borrowed synthesizers Morgan wrote the Maple Grooves EP on a sweltering August evening for Salzer’s Fiji imprint and never looked back. Morgan later continued his college radio career at WERS 88.9 FM in Boston, hosting a weekly mixshow for three years and becoming station manager of the largest and most influential college radio station in the country. Now, at age 24 with several remixes under his belt for Grammy nominee Wax Poetic (Norah Jones), Rachael Starr, Jean F. Cochois, Terry Lee Brown Jr., Nigel Hayes, Home & Garden, and dozens of critically acclaimed EPs out on labels like Bedrock, SAW, and Nordic Trax – Morgan has established himself as a profound producer and highly sought-after remixer.
Recently, his music has garnered support from a wide-range of top level DJs including, Sasha, James Zabiela, Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia, Roger Sanchez, Dave Seaman, Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Mark Farina, and Jason Bentley. Several companies have also chosen Morgan’s music to set the tone for their movies, TV shows, and retail stores nationwide including: Sephora, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Bebe, Adidas, Nike, Abercrombie & Fitch, Ecko Clothing, and The Showtime Channel. Currently, Morgan lives in Los Angeles.
